1. The service
The app lets you set goals, prove you follow through with proofs (photos, short videos or screenshots) and have other people review them. The "penalties" or "contracts" in groups are informal agreements between users: the app doesn't enforce them or get involved in them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for what happens with your account and for your details being accurate. Your @username can't impersonate someone else or be offensive.
3. Zero tolerance for inappropriate content
You may not post, upload or send content that is illegal, sexual or nude, violent, hateful or discriminatory, harassment or bullying, that shows third parties without their consent, that infringes other people's rights, spam or scams.
- You can report any proof, comment or user and block anyone you want from within the app.
- We automatically filter offensive words and images; filtered content is hidden until we review it.
- We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules.
- We will permanently ban anyone who posts inappropriate content or harasses other users.
4. Your content
You still own what you upload. You give us a limited license to store it and show it to the people you choose (reviewers, friends or group members) for the sole purpose of providing the service. When you delete your account, it's deleted.
5. Premium
Some features require a paid subscription managed through your Apple or Google account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your device's subscription settings. The price is shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by the corresponding store.
6. Acceptable use
Don't try to access other users' data, fraudulently manipulate proofs or the review system, reverse engineer the service or overload it.
7. Health and wellbeing
The app is a motivation tool. It doesn't replace medical, psychological or professional advice. Don't put your health at risk to meet a goal.
8. Liability
We provide the service "as is" and do what's reasonable to keep it working. We're not responsible for content posted by users or for agreements between them, except where the law doesn't allow this to be excluded.
9. Leaving
You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
