Delete your account

You can delete your Consta account and all your data at any time, right from the app.

From the app

1. 1Open Consta and go to Profile.
2. 2Tap Settings (top right).
3. 3Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile, goals, proofs (photos and videos), friendships, comments, reactions and notifications are deleted right away. Content reports may be kept for up to 12 months for security, and backups are overwritten within 30 days.

If you have Premium

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or in Google Play on Android).

Can’t get into the app?

Email us from the address you signed up with, subject “Delete account”, and we’ll delete it within 30 days at most. hello@heyconsta.app
