How do I add my friends?
In Profile → Add friends: search for their @username, scan their QR code or share your link with them.
What if nobody checks my proof?
Each goal has a review window. If it ends without an answer, your proof is approved automatically.
Can I skip a day without losing my streak?
Yes: you can freeze a day, ask your reviewer for an excuse or turn on vacation mode.
How do I report content or block someone?
From the ··· menu on the post or on their profile, tap Report or Block. We review reports within 24 hours.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Consta. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. New phone? Settings → Restore purchases in the app.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, in Settings → Delete account. All the details are on the account deletion page. Delete account →
